Named after the striking caterpillar native to Gayo often found in the coffee trees, Sesongot Gayo is grown and processed by Aulia Kahfi on his family's Rakyat Farm.
Ripe red cherries are hand-picked, fermented for 24 hours with regular water changes, then patio-dried and raked frequently for even results — a bold, complex cup layered with red wine depth, tropical fruit brightness and a hint of cola.
