The Mahlkonig EK43 is a renowned grinder in the specialty coffee industry, often considered the go-to choice for filter brewing in high-end coffee shops. Featuring 98mm flat burrs and a powerful motor, the EK43 can grind up to 25 grams per second with ease.

This grinder excels at filter brewing and is also perfect for grinding retail coffee in large batches for customers. With some careful calibration, it can even deliver excellent espresso when fine-tuned to achieve optimal results at very fine grind settings.
