This set includes four interchangeable bottoms:
The Classic – A V3 MK2 bottom integrated into the V4, delivering the same performance and flavour profile. It offers a moderate restriction while ensuring a perfectly flat bed.
The Open – Inspired by the Glass Series OPEN brewer but housed in the V4 plastic body, this bottom shifts the flow towards the centre, creating a distinct flavour profile. It’s an exciting option for flavour exploration.
The Fast – Built from the principles of the Big Boy Brewer, this design is uncloggable and likely the quickest. It’s perfect for those experimenting with finer grinds, larger pours, or different paper types.
The APEX – Their take on "conical." The APEX bottom works with conical papers like V60 (when following the folding guide) but also pairs well with flat papers and V4 Negotiators, which feature special APEX tips to adjust the cone shape.
