Sidama Bona is grown by Nare Ware, who has spent 20 years carrying his family's farm forward by farming regeneratively, intercropping food and other crops for natural shade and cultivating genetically diverse Ethiopian heirloom landrace varieties, all nourished by his own compost in place of chemical fertilisers.
Only the ripest red cherries are handpicked and dried slowly on raised beds over 20 to 25 days, preserving a cup bursting with mandarin, blueberry, and delicate floral notes.
