Carmo de Minas is unique enough to be branded as a separate micro-region due to its distinct cup profile. Situated at a higher altitude than its surrounding areas, Ibiraci’s flat plateau produces exceptional quality coffee. The region is also home to many family-run farms, driving a transformative movement focused on improving quality, technology, and innovation. This particular lot was carefully selected for its specialty peaberry quality, then sun-dried for six days to reach the perfect moisture level.
